The apartment is divided into two large rooms, currently used as a living room and study, a small room with a plateau for sleeping, a large kitchen-living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a small chamber (washing machine).
There is also a suspended floor that extends almost over the entire hallway, which offers plenty of storage space.
In total, the apartment is approx. 95 square meters in size. The furniture includes the furniture shown in the pictures, excluding the useful objects.
The apartment is very quiet in the side wing of an old building in a side street of the Ku'damm.

Ebenso gibt es einen Hängeboden, der sich fast über den gesamten Flur erstreckt, begehbar ist und viel Stauraum bietet.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 95 Quadratmeter groß. Die Möblierung umfasst die auf den Bildern zu sehenden Möbel exklusive der Nutzgegenstände.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Seitenflügel eines Altbaus in einer Seitenstraße des Ku’damms.
