English: This is the rental of a very special apartment on the Lietzensee in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg. With a total of 123 square meters, the apartment is very spacious and offers plenty of room even for 4/5 people with possible guests. The apartment is divided into three separate bedrooms - two with a double bed, one with a single bed, a large living - and dining area in the salon, a separate kitchen, and the bathroom. Already when entering the apartment impress the numerous pictures, which decorate the hallway. From the front hallway go first the bathroom, behind it the 3 bedrooms on the right and left. In the 3rd room, you get, when crossing a large walk-in closet first in the sleeping area. This is equipped with a double bed. Here you will also find an additional TV including a small sitting area in a "winter garden" -like atmosphere. Through two double doors, you enter directly into the living area of the salon. The living room is also accessible from the front hallway. This room is impressively equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. A beamer provides the right home cinema feeling here. The karaoke box and microphone can be used to create fun singing competitions. If the screen is not needed, you can simply raise it at the push of a button and the balcony comes into view. Despite being located on the 1st floor, the balcony is very quiet, so it's a perfect place to enjoy your evening. Behind the trees, you can still catch the lake view. Through the long gallery corridor, you enter the fully equipped kitchen. Here are already all utensils available, so that nothing else must be brought. From cutlery, glasses, plates, to the kettle or oven gloves, here you will already find everything that belongs to your daily needs. In the back of the kitchen, there is a small dining area for about two to four people. If you want to sit together with the whole family or residents or guests, the large dining table in the salon is perfect. All tables can be extended by 30 cm with appropriate tops. With a total of three bedrooms and two double and one single bed, the apartment is suitable for a maximum of five people. In addition, the sofa beds in the living room can comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests. If you still have any home office activities to do, there is a desk in each of the two bedrooms on the right. Another highlight of the apartment is the existing piano in the smaller bedroom. Here you can perfectly demonstrate your musical skills. The location of the apartment is perfect for people who do not want to miss the big city life of Berlin, but still want to have their peace. Directly at the Lietzensee in Berlin-Charlottenburg, recreation and big city meet each other, so it is the perfect starting point for Berlin. From the S-Bahn station "Charlottenburg" (15 minutes walk), the ring train stop ,,Messe Nord" (5-7 minutes walk) or the subway station "Sophie Charlotte Platz" (2 minutes walk) you can quickly get to all desired points of the city, even to the opposite districts can be reached very quickly. Das Apartment teilt sich auf in drei separate Schlafzimmer - zwei mit Doppelbett, eins mit Einzelbett, einen großen Wohn - und Essbereich im Salon, einer abgetrennten Küche, sowie dem Badezimmer. Bereits beim Eintreten der Wohnung beeindrucken die zahlreichen Bilder, welcher den Flur ausschmücken.Vom vorderen Gang gehen zuerst das Bad, dahinter die 3 Schlafzimmer rechts und links ab. Im 3. Zimmer gelangt man, beim durchqueren eines großen begehbaren Kleiderschranks zuerst in den Schlafbereich. Dieser ist mit Doppelbett ausgestattet. Hier findet man zudem einen zusätzlichen Fernseher inkl. kleiner Sitzecke in einer "Wintergarten" -ähnlichen Atmosphäre. Durch zwei Flügeltüren gelangt man direkt in den Wohnbereich des Salons. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls vom vorderen Gang aus begehbar. Dieser Raum ist beeindruckend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche mehr offen. Ein Beamer sorgt hier für das richtige Heimkino-Feeling. Mit der Karaoke Box und dem Mikro lassen sich lustige Gesangswettbewerb gestalten. Falls die Leinwand nicht benötigt wird, kann man sie einfach per Knopfdruck hochfahren und der Balkon kommt zum Vorschein. Der Balkon ist trotz der Lage im 1. Stock sehr ruhig, sodass man hier perfekt seinen Feierabend genießen kann. Hinter den Bäumen kann man den Seeblick noch erhaschen. Durch den langen Galeriegang gelangt man in die voll ausgestattete Küche. Hier sind bereits alle Utensilien vorhanden, sodass nichts weiter mitgebracht werden muss. Von Besteck, Gläsern, Tellern, bis zum Wasserkocher oder Topfhandschuhen, hier wird man bereits fündig mit allem, was zum täglichen Bedarf dazugehört. Im hinteren Teil der Küche, befindet sich ein kleiner Essbereich für ca. zwei bis vier Personen. Falls man mit der ganzen Familie bzw. den Bewohnern oder Gästen zusammensitzen möchte, eignet sich der große Esstisch im Salon perfekt. Alle Tische können mit entsprechenden Platten um 30 cm erweitert werden. Mit insgesamt drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Doppel - und einem Einzelbett ist die Wohnung für maximal fünf Personen geeignet. Zudem bieten die Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer bequem Platz für 2 weitere Gäste. Falls man noch etwaige Home-Office Tätigkeiten zu erledigen hat, steht in den rechts gelegenen beiden Schlafzimmern jeweils ein Schreibtisch zur Verfügung. Ein weiteres Highlight der Wohnung ist das vorhandene Klavier im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Hier kann man perfekt sein musikalisches Können unter Beweis stellen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Menschen, die das Großstadtleben von Berlin nicht verpassen wollen, allerdings trotzdem ihre Ruhe haben wollen. Direkt am Lietzensee in Berlin-Charlottenburg treffen sich Erholung und Großstadt jeweils miteinander, sodass es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Berlin darstellt.
