Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein TV, ein großer Schrank mit mehreren kleinen Schränken und zwei bequeme Sessel mit einem Wohnzimmertisch. Daneben steht einen ausziehbares Sofabett mit Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit einem neuer Waschmaschine, Ofen, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Mixer. Natürlich ist die Küche auch mit Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet. Am klappbaren Esstisch gibt es Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene und einem Kleinkind. Der Tisch kann auch zusammen geklappt werden, so dass er nur 1m x 1m breit ist. Das Bad wurde im Oktober 2018 komplett neu saniert, Badewanne und Dusche sind vorhanden. Handtücher und Haartrockner stehen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt in dem Hauptgebäude eines Altbaus neben der Wilmersdorfer Straße, wo diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bestehen.
