It is a beautiful apartment, in a new condition. The very well maintained old building is designed in such a way that it is comfortable and modern at the same time. The stem on the house gives the feeling of living even in your own small house, with its own garden. The deep windows provide a particularly beautiful light and feeling of living - also because the apartment is facing south, towards the garden. The very large living room moves into the dining area, which is just opposite the open kitchen. The hallway leads to the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom, with a 1.60m bed.

The whole interior is a grey/white mix. You will find a great interior of carpets, pillows, decorative items that are functional, usefull and should meet the taste of many potential clients. Fully equipped kitchen, towels, linen etc., dishwasher, washing mashine, flat iron etc. - as well as garden furniture - and W-Lan.

The entire apartment is decorated in grey/white. The living area is equipped with carpets, pillows and other decorative objects in such a way that it is not only functional but also homely. The same applies to the dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped - of course there are also bed linen, towels, dusts, ironing utensils and a washing machine - there is cooking furniture and the apartment has Wi-Fi.

The Strelitzer Street is awesome - a true hidden gem. Very quiet - the parallel road is the busy Brunnenstraße. There are parking spots available. Buildings are historic - german history happend here - right around the corner: Berlin Wall Memorial. 5 min walk to Rosenthaler Platz - 3 min lots of restaurants and shops on Invalidenstraße, next door lots of shops on Brunnenstraße. Lots of trendy, vegan, cool places next door. Becycle Berlin next door/Jivamukti Yoga next door.

This is an absolute top position in the middle. Strelitzer Straße is one of the most beautiful streets in Mitte and is considered an insider tip - very quiet - there are plenty of parking spaces. And the houses are historic, tell German history. Just around the corner the Wall Museum - on foot it is 5 min to the turbulent Rosenthaler Platz. In the neighborhood, various trendy shops from the areas of food, fitness and lifestyle are open. In the immediate vicinity of the popular Brunnenstraße, Becycle around the corner - just like Jivamukti Yoga.
