- Period: October 2024 to end of May 2025
- max. 2 persons; not suitable for shared flat; non-smokers
- Rental costs including electricity and internet

- 1st level: eat-in kitchen with dining area; living room with access to large south-facing terrace; guest WC; hallway
- 2nd level: gallery with work area; bedroom; built-in closet; bathroom with bathtub and shower; hallway
- Fully furnished and equipped (bed linen and towels if required)
- very good internet for home office (100 Mbit/s)
Location:
- several shopping facilities within walking distance (e.g. Rewe)
- very good connection to public transport (approx. 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn stations Eichkamp/Messe Süd (S3, S9) and Grunewald (S7) as well as buses)
- Parking directly in front of the building (no parking space management)
- Grunewald forest and sports and tennis courts within walking distance
