Quite big storage room in between living and bedroom with a self-built pole for clothing in industial style and several shelfs for cleaning equipment, to hang jackets / cloths, put grocery, whatever you feel like needs to be out of the way :) Very fast and stable cable internet from Vodafone with 250 / 50 Mbit/s. Upcoming area with nice restaurants / cafes, Charite and uni around the corner as well Plötzensee to go for a swim and public transport (tram M13 that connects to subway, S-Bahn and goes all the way to Warschauer Str. in case you need a little party ;) ). Still in a quiet side street to Seestr., so not much noise, but still quite quick in Müllerstr. where it´s very lively. Schöne Gardinen für die Privatsphäre, welche jedoch immer noch das Licht durchscheinen lassen. Große Abstellkammer zwischen Wohn-und Schlafzimmer für Putzutensilien, selbst gebauter Kleiderstange im industrial Style und mehreren Einlageböden für Jacken / Klamotten, Lebensmittel und alles, was aus dem Weg geräumt werden muss :) Sehr schnelles und zuverlässiges Kabelinternet von Vodafone mit 250 / 50 Mbit/s. Aufstrebende Gegend mit coolen Restaurants, Cafes, Charite, Uni und Plötzensee um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Tram M13 direkt vor der Tür, welche Euch mit U- und S-Bahn verbindet und direkt zur Warschauer Str. fährt, falls Partybedarf besteht ;)) Jedoch in einer kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße von der Seestraße, aber schnell in der belebten Müllerstraße. Schräg gegenüber gibt´s richtig lecker Pizza, um die Ecke gleich ein sehr schönes Café.
