• Windows in each room ensures there is plenty of natural light throughout the apartment.
• There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
• Important: none of the rooms have an independent key.
• Check-in/out:
o Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00
o You will have to pick up your key at the landlord's office. You will receive the address once your booking is confirmed.
Please note, that once the booking has been made, the contract will be sent to you. The deposit of 1100€ must be paid to the bank account to receive the keys. An administration fee of €200 must also be paid in advance.
The landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 35.
