English: Location: The apartment is located in the 10. etage in the south of berlin called Alt-Buckow which is a part of Neukölln. It is a very quiet location which much restful dwelling quality close the the Garden of Britz. From this flat you enjoy a good connection to the city center or to the center of Neukölln. Within 20 minutes you are with the bus M44 at the cross of U/S Bahnhof Hermannstraße in the center of Neukölln. Or you are in a very few stops U-Bahnhof Johannisthaler Chaussee (U/7 There you have a big shopping mall and cinemas. You can also walk over there as I always did. Close to the flat you can reach by feet in 5-10 minutes the main supermarkets Netto und Edeka. Or you walk to the passage Alt-Buckow with beautiful Berlin-Cafes like the famous Backfee or the Café Buckow or the Café Peoples. There you have some restaurants too. 1 minute from the Flat you have the restaurant Split. The airport Schönefeld is in the vicinity too . Furthermore you are in a few minutes by feet in the nature of the Berliner Mauerweg with fields and forests where you can walk or do your joggings. Die Wohnung: The apt. was renovated in 2021 and it was supplied in the style of a hotel apt. mostly with brand new furnitures. The new kitchen has residing qualities with a 2 seats dining table and a spectacluar view over Berlin. Especially at night you can enjoy the view or sit there in the soft LED light concealed around the kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need: The oven on eye level as well as the fridge, Dishwasher, Toaster, Capsule Tschibo Coffemachine etc... The sleeping room is supplied with a double boxspringbed, big and spacious furnitures. The living room is supplied with a very comfortable big Couch which is multifunctional .You can easy change the couch into a place for two persons who like to enjoy a movie as well as to cuddle together. On the LED supplied sideboard you find the flat TV which is connected to blueray disc player inside tzhe sideboard. You have the place for the computer and printer and you can connect in the summer the AC when it is getting too hot. The living room is spacy, so you have a further dining place and the access to the balcony. The whole room is sourrounded by an indirecd colorful LED light . At least there is a bathroom with a comfortable shower and a space where the washmachine is. Furthermore you have access to the washroom in the basement of the building. If you have a car you have access to the parking house. German: Location: Diese Wohnung befindet sich im 10. und letzten Stock eines Wohnhauses mit Fahrstuhl im Süden Berlins, in Alt-Buckow und in der Nähe des Britzer Gartens. Alt -Buckow ist ein Stadtteil Neuköllns. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage mit viel Wohnqualität und trotzdem mit sehr guter Anbindung: In 20 minuten sind Sie mit dem Bus M44 U/S Bahnhof Hermannstraße im Zentrum Neuköllns. Sie können auch in nur wenigen Stationen innerhalb von Minuten zum U-Bahnhof Johannisthaler Chaussee gelangen (U/7) Dort befindet sich ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum mit Kinos und vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Einkaufszentrum ist aber durchaus auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unweit der Wohnung erreichen Sie zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten die bekannten Supermärkte Netto und Edeka . Der Flughafen Schönefeld ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Desweiteren sind Sie zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in einem Naturgebiet am Berliner Mauerweg, der zum Spazieren oder Joggen einlädt und Sie in den Wald oder auf Felder führt. Die Wohnung: Die Wohnung wurde 2021 neu renoviert und mit neuem Boden und neuer Küche und Möbeln im Stil einer Hotelwohnung ausgestattet. Fast alle Möble sind neu. Die Küche bietet Ihnen Wohnqualität mit direkter und indirekter LED Beleuchtung und 2 Sitzplätzen. So kann man auch z.B. nachts bei gedämpftem Licht dort verweilen und bei einem Getränk in die Nacht auf die Berlin Silhouette schauen. Die Küche enthält alles was man benötigt, vom Toaster über Geschirr und Kochtöpfen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Backofen beides auf Augenhöhe. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem hochwertigen Doppel-Boxspringbett ausgestattet und riesigen Spiegelschränken und einer Doppel-Anrichte mit Schreibfach. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer multifunktionalen Couch ausgestattet. In wenigen Handgriffen ist sie in ein Doppelbett umgebaut oder in eine gemütliche Couch, auf der z.B. zwei Personen auch liegend gemütlich fernsehen können. Auf der mit LED beleuchteten Anrichte befindet sich der Flat-TV, an dem innerhalb der Anrichte auch ein DVD blueray Player angeschlossen ist. Daneben gibt es einen Essbreich und eine Computerecke. Dort kann man auch im Sommer die Klimaanlage anschließen, die sich im großen weißen Einbauschrank im Flur befindet. Abends kann man sich der im Wohnzimmer an den Fußleisten installierten LED Beleuchtung erfreuen. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie auch auf den Balkon, auf dem Sie ruhige Stunden verbringen können. Wenn Sie ein Auto besitzen können Sie mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Schrankenöffner das Parkhaus benutzen.
