Except we would be the only resident.

The living room is immediately usable with satellite TV and a comfortable seating set.
In the bedroom you have a double bed incl. mattress and bedding.
There is an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner in a storage room.
In the bathroom there is a shower and a bathtub.
There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
In addition, there is a study with desk and desk chair (in the study an additional bed could also be placed).
A separate toilet completes the equipment.
WLAN - for short-term tenants, a WLAN can be activated temporarily. Otherwise, a separate contract with a provider is recommended.
Our house is located in the vicinity of single or two-family houses. The view over the garden extends into a green area.
In 10 minutes you can reach the S-Bahn station on foot, in 3 minutes a bus that goes via the main station to the media port and in 15 minutes you can reach numerous metros.
In front of the house there is always plenty of parking.
shopping facilities can be reached within 10-15 minutes.
