Since I myself live most of the time abroad, I have converted and furnished the former commercial space into a fine apartment with separate entrance and direct access to the garden.
In the apartment is everything you need for living. You have to "just" move in with a suitcase!
The apartment has its own entrance that makes you independent of other residents. In the apartment everything is washable and it can be wonderfully ventilated. But smokers are also encouraged to smoke in the garden :)
In the front room there is a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and desk. The back room is furnished as a bedroom.
In the kitchen you will find the following: a large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and various utensils.
There is a washing machine in the hidden closet. At the breakfast bar there is space 4 people
dishes is sufficient for 6 people. The living area is equipped with 4 armchairs, which can be changed as desired. All 4 armchairs can be converted into beds.
If you have a visit, there is room to seat up to 10-14 people.
The rear room is furnished as a bedroom with a double bed and 3m wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, heating, toilet and sink. The room is also well ventilated.
The area is relatively quiet but still central.
The bus stops 20-50 m from the front door. In 2 stops you have reached the Wienerplatz - there are connections to each district
The Cologne trade fair is only about 4 km away.
300 metres away, a Lidl offers a convenient shopping opportunity.
