The JAZZ Housing Diversity means: Young Alphenaren Seek Independence and the living spaces are therefore intended for young people and starters from the surrounding area of Alphen aan den Rijn in the age group of 18 to 28 years.The JAZZ Housing Diversity consists of two parts (the old clinic and the office side of the building) and no less than nine different units. In De Woondiversity, residents can make use of all kinds of amenities, so there is even a private gym! There are rooms of 10m2 with a private shower and toilet to rooms of no less than 65 m2!!The rental prices excluding service costs range from €260,00 to €680.00.
The concept of Housing Diversity is all about self-management. Together you make sure you live in a nice and clean community. A number of residents become captains. The captains make sure that the residents feel connected and that the common areas are clean, tidy and safe. They each perform their own specific task and receive a discount on the rent in return.There is also a caretaker and he does the small maintenance and ensures the liveability in and around the building. Together with the captains, he is the point of contact for residents and local residents.The project is based on temporary rental and therefore it is necessary that we allocate appropriately. This means that we need an income statement from every resident 2018 / 2019 from the tax authorities (IB60). Your gross annual income may not exceed €23,000.00.
