TranslateHello my name is Avery. I am looking for a roommate starting August 1st. The apartment is located in Oost, near Pompstation and very close to Javastraat. Its very close to many shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.The apartment has a very large living room, a toilet separate from the bathroom, a private entrance on the 1st floor, with the elevator right in front of it and, a storage. There are two bedrooms, one is larger than the other one. The current agreement with my roommate is that, they have the larger bedroom and pay 1,175 (+50)eur. and I pay 1,075(-50)eur. Utilities are usually around 150 for gas/electricity/water/wifi. The landlord is a couple and they are very kind and responsive to requests. The apartment comes mostly furnished: there is already a new couch and new dinning room table and a bed in each room, plus a big wardrobe in the smaller room and some small furnitures in the bigger bed room.
