The apartment is over 90m2 with a view over the water, and you share the common areas (bathroom, shower, living room, kitchen) with a friendly roommate (26-year-old man) who works full-time. Our house rules are to be considerate and keep things neat and clean. The apartment is located near the shopping center brasilie with numerous amenities (jumbo supermarket, kruidvat, hema etc. within a 5-minute walk; some nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity) and cultural facilities nearby. Amsterdam Central Station is 3 tram stops away and the tram stop for lines 7 and 26 is right outside the door. Viewing is possible this weekend (Friday evening or Saturday).
