In our large house (174 m2) on the Piet Heinkade (center/east) a room will be available from May 1st. You will share the apartment with 2 friendly, working men of 35 years old. The room is 15 m2 and unfurnished (furniture in the photo is not included). We are looking for a social, responsible tenant (male/female) who works regular hours and takes the normal care of the property. We have a cleaning lady every two weeks, but generally we keep it neat and clean. Start date is May 1st, with a 1-year contract and the possibility of extension for an indefinite period of time.
