In our "villa" just across the bridge in Arnhem-south, a room of 16 m² will become available from 1 August. This is a spacious room and is located on the ground floor. The rental price is expected to be between €420 and 500 euros, including g/w/l/i. PLEASE NOTE: The rental period is at least 1 year, you pay a one-time service fee (for including repairs) with an additional deposit price. The rental price will be announced prior to the interview evening. Our luxurious cottage has 2 toilets, 1 shower, a washing machine and a dishwasher. In addition, there is a shared living room with spacious kitchen and a large garden on the East. You share all facilities with 3 girls. All three of us are very social, down-to-earth, one more sporty than the other, but we also love a festival and a cozy house evening. Of course, there is always room to study or to come to yourself. You can get a breath of fresh air at the Zuid beach or go to the city, because did you know... Both the center of Arnhem and the Kronenburg shopping center are only a 5-minute bike ride away!
