Hello! I am looking for a roommate for a very spacious (128 m2) and comfortable new house. You get the largest room of the house (26m2), where you have your own small living room and office/study space. Your room is fully furnished, so you don't need to bring anything. The house has 3 floors: ground floor contains a very spacious living room with open kitchen, which we will share, and the (shared) toilet. On the first floor you will find your room, the (shared) bathroom and a guest room. You can invite people to stay overnight (as many days as you want, just not months ;)) in the guest room since the house is large and I have no problems seeing new faces :)The top floor consists of my bedroom and the laundry room. At the rear is a garden with a shed where you can leave your bike and store things. If you don't have a bike, I'll get you one (for free). There's also a road bike available (if you don't already have one) if you need to cycle a longer distance. Because the house is new, I'm still finishing the furnishings. Don't worry if it feels a little empty in the photos, it's going to be very warm and welcoming soon! Who am I? My name is Massi, I'm 32 years old and I've been living in Arnhem for 7 years (I'm originally from Italy). I enjoy sports, yoga, reading, Latin American dancing, and engaging conversations with friends around the table. I work in the renewable energy sector, a few days a week in the office and the rest from home. I am quite a social, relaxed and sometimes funny person. I like to invite friends over from time to time, but certainly not every day, as I really appreciate the time I spend alone. Who am I looking for? A friendly, sociable person who enjoys sharing the house with me. I'm not a cleaning freak, but of course I expect you to help keep the house neat and in order. Room availability? You can stay for a maximum of 8 months and leave whenever you want. I can't offer a longer period because of the mortgage rules. Interested?
