TranslateDutch speaking onlyDear room-seeking guests,Unfortunately a roommate is leaving our beautiful palace. That's why a room is becoming available in the Verdroef household! We are looking for a nice guy who enjoys a pilsner man. The rooms are available until December 31 due to demolition of the flat. We live with 9 nice guys who are in different associations (business, toko and Laga), every evening we eat together and chill in the GR with a pilsie. People regularly come over for a drink, so you won't get bored easily. In addition, we have a weekly house night, the occasional date dinner, house party, drinks or just other fun activities. Furthermore, everyone has the space to just study or to do their own thing. Practical matters: the room is about 12m^2 in size, costs about 390 euros per month inclusive. We share the kitchen (with dishwasher), two toilets, two showers, an immense TV and a balcony. The TU is less than 10 minutes by bike and the station and center are 5 minutes away. The supermarket and Delftse Hout are also around the corner. Are you a bit enterprising and do you think you can add something to the house?
