From September a roommate goes abroad for six months and that is why we are looking for someone to sublet from September / mid-August to the end of January. The room is 18 m2, €423 without rent allowance so it will be a bit lower. Also, the room will probably be almost fully furnished! You will live in a mixed house of late bachelor's/early master's students. In our house everyone likes to party every now and then, but we are also all busy with sports (Laga, scoop, thor, obvius, wetos). We also have house evenings every other week where we do something fun together and where there is a good balance between tea and beer. You will live on the Edu platform avenue. This is less than 10 minutes by bike from the center and the TU and this is above the appie XL. The agreement will be held on Monday 10 June in the evening, so please only respond if you have time.
