Dutch speaking only- (F/X)Dear girl looking for a room,Our house is looking for a subtenant! Are you looking for a room in Delft in a medium-sized house on the E. du Perronlaan? Then this room is for you! The room will be available from the beginning of September until 31 January. There are 8 of us: previously 4 guests and 4 ladies, member and non-member and all kinds of different fields of study, a cozy and sporty house that often eats together, drinks beers, parties, cooks, watches movies and sometimes drinks tea on the couch. We also organize an epic Christmas dinner and an old housemates dinner every year. We are looking for a student who wants to make our house a cozy 8-house again. The room is 18 m2, with a beautiful view over Delft (16th floor). The rent is approximately 365,- (incl.) with the rent allowance already deducted. We have a shared kitchen/shower/wc and a spacious common room. We have 2 showers and 2 toilets so there is no queuing. The TU, the center and the station are about 8 minutes by bike and the AH XL is located at the bottom of the flat. The approval is sometime in the beginning of the academic year, details will follow.
