The apartment is very light with a view facing a park. Everything is within 5-15min walking (Diemen Zuid-metro/train/bus, grocery stores, cafe, restaurants, gym etc.). Amsterdam Centraal is 15min by metro, Schiphol Airport is 17min by train.Gym is included in the rental and you are free to use it too. There is a common terrace on the rooftop with a grill and tables/seats. Be aware that I have a bunny, in case you have allergies.
