TranslateHey, In our student house there will be 2 rooms available from December 1, of which this is one. The house is divided with 3 boys living on the 1st floor and 3 girls on the 2nd floor. With these 3 girls you share a bathroom and kitchen. Our house is fairly quiet but the occasional nice chat with each other is of course nice. We would like it if you can be good on your own, but are spontaneous and clean (we also have a cleaning schedule). The room is 13m3 and therefore spacious enough for everything you would need. The room does not come with furniture so you have to take care of that yourself. It is rented out for €400 including GWL. Furthermore, all necessary facilities are available in our house. We have a spacious bathroom with shower, a kitchen with enough space for your own stuff and a refrigerator and also a washing machine and dryer are available. The house is located on the Frans Lehrarplein with an Albert Heijn, Lidl, Kruidvat and a number of other shops. Two bus stops within walking distance. Stratumseind is 10 minutes by bike.
