There is now a room available in our apartment in Woensel. Our apartment consists of 2 men, and one Spanish lady, of which one of the men is going to study in Argentina for half a year. The sublease is for a period of approximately six months (until January). The room is 13m^2 and has a walk-in closet and the price of the room is €450 per month including utilities. In addition to this room, the apartment has a shared living room, spacious bathroom, two toilets, a kitchen and a south-facing balcony where you can barbecue or drink a nice beer in the sun. Furthermore, we often eat together, we exercise, we can be found at Stratumseind, but there are also plenty of evenings that we chill in the living room. Are you interested?
