TranslateMy current roommate has bought a house in Eindhoven and that is why I am looking for someone to share my rental apartment with. About myself:- I lived in a 16-year-old student house in Enschede for 6.5 years, and moved to Eindhoven for work over a year ago- I like to cook and would like to eat together. - Most evenings I won't be at home because of sports (volleyball) or because I'm meeting up with friends. When I'm at home, I like to watch movies. - Fairly standard 9-5 job, I probably still have to travel a few times a year for work. - In total, we pay 100 euros per person per month in fixed costs. About the apartment:- Spacious 3-room apartment that has recently (3 years ago) been renovated with a modern kitchen/bathroom. - A large living room with a good south-facing balcony. - Basic furniture is provided in the room (bed, bedside table + lamp), there is no wardrobe. - Walking distance from supermarket, city park, Stratumseind. 5 min by bike to the station. - Total fixed costs (g/w/e, internet and tax) is 100 per month per person.
