Hey student looking for a room,Since a roommate is going to leave our house, she leaves us with an empty room. But that's good news for you, because you can fill it in her place! It is a room of +/- 10 m2 (ladies estimate). The rent is €311 per month (including everything g/w/e) (excluding beer). We are looking for a new roommate who will make our house in Enschede-West even cozier. It is a semi-detached house that we share with another cozy student house. Our house is located exactly between Saxion and the University of Twente. But if you don't feel like cycling there is always a bus stop around the corner where you can be within 1 minute, but for some reason we always miss the bus. Furthermore, the city is about fifteen minutes by bike, but a 2-minute bike ride away is a shopping center where you can find an Albert Heijn, Lidl, Wibra, a bakery, Domino's and much more. So you certainly won't starve here. The house consists of two girls and three boys, who have now started their master's but are certainly still enjoying student life here in Enschede. We also prefer a nice girl to keep the proportions the same. The room is available from 1 August. We have no obligations, except for the cleaning schedule of course :)Within our house, everyone is active in the study association or sports (basketball, skating, rowing, volleyball and cycling, etc.). Furthermore, roommates eat together every evening and we try to plan a house night on the first Monday of the month! But in addition, there is always someone in the living room to chat with, play a game or watch a movie or series. The house has a shared living room with built-in kitchen (with luxury dishwasher and washing machine). Furthermore, the bathroom with a shower and toilet is shared. Interested?
