This means that I will be subletting my room from September 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025. My room remains fully furnished and is equipped with a television and enough storage space for clothes, among other things. By the way, my room is not the one in the photos of the advertisement but at least as beautiful, no worries. In addition, there is the possibility to move on to a permanent rental position in another room after your subletting period. Please send a message with some information about yourself, and who knows, I might invite you for a interview!*See below information about Huize Batjas* We are Huize Batjas and are looking for a new new male roommate for a certain period of time! Our family consists of 14 residents, equally mixed, students and university students, members and grunts, sports enthusiasts and slackers, everything is there, nothing is too crazy :)Saxion University of Applied Sciences is 5 minutes away from our house, and the University of Twente is 15 minutes away. There are also supermarkets within a stone's throw and the pubs within crawling distance of our house. Our student house consists of three floors, each with a living room, a kitchen, two toilets, a shower and a laundry room which are shared with 4 other floors. We also have a beautiful roof terrace where barbecues are often held in the summer and 2 living rooms have a balcony for extra frying space and smoking possibility. We are an active, spontaneous and non-committal student house where we eat together every day and there is always room for spontaneous activities such as going out, pub quizzes, bowling, you name it... We also organize a big house party, a Christmas dinner, a date dinner and we go on a house weekend every year. In addition, we traditionally participate in the Enschede marathon, the enthusiasts go together to festivals such as Hardfest and Basic Grooves and oh yes, during the busy study periods, we also study hard together for the exams :)So...
