The house is located on the street De klomp, in the Bothoven district (near the water tower) a stone's throw from the center of Enschede, 5 minutes by bike to Saxion and 20 min/fifteen minutes by bike to the university (depending on how late you are for class). We are a relaxed and cozy house without many obligations where we have to make do with the 6 of us. We eat together as much as possible and then we regularly sit down with a beer, play cards or watch a movie. We also have a roof terrace where we often barbecue in the summer, we also regularly go to the cinema, pool or grab a terrace. The room is about 12m^2, has a sink and is quite light due to the 3 windows facing south. The furniture can be taken over from the current tenant in consultation. The rent is 355 inclusive.
