Translate[DUTCH SPEAKERS ONLY] Huize Benthem is looking for a roommate! A room will become available in Huize Benthem! We are an active student house where we currently live with 3 men and 2 women. As of June we are looking for a new male roommate who wants to live in our cozy house for an indefinite period of time. Our house is less than 10 minutes by bike from the UT. The Saxion and the station itself are within walking distance! We are an active student house and we like to do things together. For example, we organize a house evening every month, we like to play games (preferably our homemade house board game), we celebrate Sinterklaas together, we have an annual Christmas dinner where former housemates are also present and we like to light the BBQ in the summer. In the house we have a very spacious shared living room with kitchen where we cook and eat together every day. After dinner, we like to chat, play a game of Mario Kart on Wii or watch First Dates. Although we do like to have a good time, we all think it is very important that the study continues to go well. That's why we understand very well if you retreat for an evening to get to work. The house is fully equipped. We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The room that becomes available is 14m² and the rent is approx. €260 inclusive.
