Hello room finder! As of April 16, a room will become available in this house! The room that becomes available is 9 m^2 and costs 361€ per month. The room has a north-facing window, built-in bookshelves and a built-in closet. Since a roommate is leaving the house, we are looking for a new roommate. We are looking for someone who wants to eat together (almost) every day and who wants to hang out in the evening to have a cup of coffee or a beer together. Of course, there is still room to do your own thing (sports/gaming/watching series/working, etc.). We are relatively loose in this house (so no cleaning schedule, cooking schedule, or who-payswhat for the groceries), but just use common sense to keep the house clean and share the cost. If you would like to do this, you can of course always discuss it. The shared living space consists of a kitchen, 2 hallways, a living room, a bathroom and a toilet. There are also two balconies, 1 of which is larger and is on the sunny side. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and an extra freezer in 1 of the halls. The living room has electric blinds to keep it a little cool in the summer. There is also a large storage room in the attic of the apartment, and there is a bicycle shed at the back of the building. The apartment is located in Deppenbroek, about 10 minutes by bike from the central station, Saxion and the UT. There is also a small shopping center with an AH, Dirk, Kruidvat and much more within a 2-minute walk. There is also a bus stop at this shopping centre, with direct access to the central station.
