TranslateYou are clearly looking for a beautiful new room in Enschede! Huize Spoorzicht will soon have a room available so we are looking for cozy new roommates. We are a cozy and active mixed student house, with (at the moment) 2 women and 3 men, who are all active somewhere (sports, associations, fraternities and city goers). Within the house you have plenty of time for yourself, but we also do a lot of fun things together. For example, we eat together every day and we have a house evening once a month, for which we come up with something original every time. In addition, we sometimes have beers or wines in the park, have a BBQ in our garden, play squash or just chill out in the living room. The location of Huize Spoorzicht is perfect. The oh-so-relaxed folk park is just around the corner and is very pleasant to sit in the sun in the summer. The station/Saxion is less than five minutes by bike and the university can be reached within ten minutes by both bicycle and bus. The room is on the second floor, is about 12m2 in size and has a view of our beautiful garden. The rent will be around €415 per month including gas, water, electricity and electricity.
