TranslateHi, As of the beginning of August there will be a room quite close to the center of Enschede. We currently live here with two Dutch students, but one of us is going on exchange abroad for six months. That is why we are looking for a temporary roommate for this period and in consultation it may be possible to stay longer afterwards! Important: Rent allowance can be requested for the room if you are over 23, which is advantageous for the rental price! The room is ten square meters and has a door with direct access to the garden. There is furniture available (a bed, two closets and a desk) that you can use for half a year, but feel free to decorate the room yourself. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In addition, we have a storage room and a private garden. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and internet for shared use. Monthly extra costs are for electricity, water and internet. The house is about seven minutes by bike from the center and fifteen minutes from the UT campus. A five-minute walk away you will find Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, ALDI, Jumbo and Action.Would you like to live in this house?
