TranslateHello future roommate,We, the residents of Casa del Knus, are looking for a new roommate. We are three male students at the University of Twente aged 19, 22 and 23. We study Creative Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering Administration. We eat together and lingering at the table afterwards is quite normal. For example, every now and then we do a house night and we occasionally play games with each other (Wii and Switch) and we also regularly watch a series or movie in the evening. We also have a house fish, called Knus. We are a quiet house but make it as cozy as we want; Nothing is compulsory, everything is allowed. On the upper floor, an upholstered room of 8 m2 will be available from the beginning of May for 250 euros per month excluding (± 70 euros extra for GWL, internet and taxes). The house has a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom. We maintain this regularly, so everything stays clean and tidy. In addition, there are two refrigerators and a washing machine in the house, and there is a dryer in the shed. The garden is big enough to park the bikes and BBQ in the summer. Our house is about 5 minutes by bike from the station and center and within 15 to 20 minutes you are at the university. There are plenty of facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, gym etc. If you are interested and would like to come by for a hospiteer evening, please send a nice message about yourself, including a photo.
