TranslateSUBLET beginning of August- end of JanuaryHey,From the beginning of August, my room is going to free up as I am going for a student exchange. Therefore, I am going to sublet my room. The room is around 10 sqm and has a big window. It comes with a bed, closet, built-in wardrobe, desk, sink, mirror and chest of drawers. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with a laundry machine) and 1 toilet. It is located in Stadsveld. Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Aldi, Action and Kruidvat are right around the corner. Just outside there is also a pizzeria, sushi place and a bike repair store. The bike ride to UT is 15min and the bike ride to the city centre is around 10min.Youll be living with 3 other roommates, Sebastiaan (Dutch, 21), Tijn (Dutch, 20) and Ahmet (Dutch, 21). We are an English-speaking house though. Due to busy schedules we usually eat separately but we get along well. Additionally, we follow a cleaning schedule to keep the place nice and tidy.The rent is 325 euros per month including all the utilities.
