There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine connection. The living room is spacious and bright. The living room adjoins the large terrace.
The service costs are € 40.00 and the advance for the heating costs are € 80.00 both per month, excluding electricity (own meter).
TERRASFLATS
In the mid-70s the terrace flats were big news in Geldrop. Very spacious apartments and all with a large terrace. Normally only reserved for residents of luxury penthouses but here for everyone. Regardless of the floor where you live! The building has two large entrances where you will find the mailboxes and access to the elevator. There are 14 different types of apartments including 26 one-storey homes, 52 maisonettes (two real floors) and 16 homes with only the entrance on another floor. A large part of the apartments can be reached via a corridor (an indoor corridor). On the 7th floor, the apartments can be reached via an outdoor gallery. On the first floor are the storerooms and in front of the door is plenty of parking. In 2004 the complex was renovated on the outside including the front all windows have been replaced by new low maintenance tilt-turn windows. Furthermore, everywhere in the houses double glazing has been installed. The entrance area was given a facelift in early 2015.
PLENTY OF AMENITIES
The green surroundings are not only special. Ten minutes walk to the center of Geldrop with all its restaurants and stores is already great. But also the shopping center Coevering is within 10 minutes walking distance. Geldrop also has many sports facilities. From tennis clubs to soccer fields and from golf courses to field hockey clubs. Geldrop also has a large regional hospital, a secondary school and several elementary school.
ACCESSIBILITY
No matter how you look at it, the accessibility of the Waleweinlaan is super. Geldrop has a perfect network of bicycle paths. Within a few minutes you can cycle to the center. But just as easily you can cycle within 5 minutes on the Strabrechtse Heide. Also the public transport is fine. Geldrop has a train station and on the Laan der Vierheemskinderen there are bus lines to the center of Eindhoven. By car the A-67 motorway can be reached within a few minutes. Eindhoven Airport is also only fifteen minutes away.
