We are a nice cozy house with at the moment 2 men and 3 women, to keep the house well mixed and equal we prefer a man, but women are always welcome at the hospi. From time to time we do something fun together, the doors are open to talk to each other, drink a tea or coffee or to play a game. We don't do a fixed house evening as all our schedules run sporadically along each other. We are especially interested in an open person who likes to talk about his own interests. The room is about actien square meters with views (with lots of windows) to the northeast. The room is on the first floor, which is the middle layer of the house. So you live next to or below as well as above another roommate. The room has its own kitchenette with sink and sink (no stove). This also includes a refrigerator that is spacious and completely for your own use. The house does not contain a common room, but we do have a spacious garden where you can sit when the weather is nice. You share a kitchen with 3 other roommates. Rent is +-€355 per month with a one-month deposit in advance. This includes gas, water, and electricity. This also includes the internet, which is truly super fast. The room is located in Beijum, which is fifteen minutes by bike from both the center and Zernike. Kardinge is within walking distance. An ideal quiet place in Groningen!
