TranslateHello everyone:)**We already have a lot of international registrations and we would like to have some Dutch registrations as well. So only apply if you are a Dutch citizen! **We are looking for a new tenant for a cozy room in a shared student house in Vinkuizen, Groningen, from July 10th. (Registration possible!) The minimum stay is 1 year, the rent is 350 euros (all inclusive), and the house is about 15 minutes by bike from both Zernike and the center. Shops and bus stops can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a small backyard, a shared kitchen (with dishwasher), a shared bathroom, an extra toilet and 6 student rooms. It is a very quiet and clean household, without big parties, but with nice weather sometimes a dinner or bbq. We are looking for someone, preferably a student, who is willing to stick to our cleaning schedule and take good care of the house. It's an international household, so we prefer someone with a good command of the English language! The room is about 9 square meters in size and has a sink, a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and an armchair, which can be taken over for an agreed price.
