TranslateWe are four international students Kate, Antonia, Tessa and Lea. I (Lea) am going abroad for a semester between August and February and that is why we are looking for a temporary tenant for this period. We are a quiet and social student house and like to spend time together in a friendly atmosphere. In addition, we are a clean and fairly quiet household, which means that we have regular cleaning tasks that everyone adheres to and that we only very rarely organize parties. We are looking for a neat and quiet female roommate (a student or PhD student) who is eager to hang out with us, as we have all become friends with each other and would like to maintain this familiar home dynamic :)Also, it shouldn't be a problem if there aren't many big parties in the house since the house is in a quiet area. The house also has a garden that needs some basic maintenance, so we need to do some yard work from time to time. Smoking and pets are not allowed. There is a lot of nature nearby, a bus stop is only a 4-minute walk from the house and by bike you can reach the university in the center in about 15 minutes. The house has two bathrooms, one of which has a new shower, a large communal living room with large sofa and TV, a washer and dryer, wifi and a garden with a sofa and a garden table. The house also has a garage where you can store your bicycle. The rental price is ?? 435€/month (including gas, electricity and internet). Write a message if you are interested.
