TranslateHeyhey, we are looking for a subtenant for our house in the center! We have an upholstered room available from May 1st to August 1st! (can be arranged a few days earlier/later) As a result, you don't have to pay a deposit, and you can move in right away! The rent is 250 incl. g/w/l and you have your own kitchen + fridge. Registration is possible. In addition, the house is also in the city centre, right next to the UG and UB. All shopping and nightlife venues are within walking distance. We are always up for a nice chat and we think it would be nice if you are also open to this, but due to the short rental period, that is not a requirement. However, we do think it is important that you are willing to follow our cleaning schedule! The room is transferred without furniture.
