Are you looking for a quiet student house with a handful of obligations and a cozy atmosphere? A room is becoming available in our student home, and we are looking for a new roommate before August 1st. The room in question is 12m2, with three built-in wardrobes. There is a large shared balcony on your side of the house (east side). You share with us a kitchen, WC and there is bathroom separate from the WC. There is also a cellar downstairs plus storage room for your bike. The rent is 380,- incl. wifi, washing machine and G/W/L.Huize de Gang is located on the Paterswoldseweg, with a Jumbo within cycling distance, an Aldi within walking distance and a bus stop in front of the door. Zernike is about 20 minutes by bike, and the city center is 7-8 minutes by bike (30 seconds if you're drunk) The four of us have a shared kitchen, toilet and separate bathroom. There is also a storage room for your bike downstairs. The house culture is non-committal, everyone does their own thing. We all have separate lives at clubs/study/sports, but we always find each other in the hallway, or on one of our balconies. We have house evening every Monday, but in terms of weekday on which we have house evening, there is still room for change next year.
