The room is about 10 m^2 and the rent is 365,- including gas, water, electricity, wifi and the washing machine. The room is 10 minutes by bike from the city center, 20 minutes from Zernike and within a few minutes you are in the city park. We are a quiet house and currently live with three girls. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. We are looking for a nice girl to come and live with us. There are no obligations in the house and we have our own life in Groningen, but we are always up for a chat =). Would you like to come and live with us?
