DUTCH speakers only! I'm looking for a Dutch-speaking sociable (boy) student, 18 to 23 years old roommate. If you are a bit further along in your studies and you are looking for a little more peace or freedom of your own, this is also fine. You will live in a neat and spacious apartment complex in which I rent out a room. But you can use the whole apartment. All amenities are available in your room and in the house. It's not a student house, you just rent a room in an apartment. I am working and will not be bothered by me. There are quite a few students who like this. I have been renting out a room to students for over 9 years. It's quiet here in the house. The rental contract is always for 1 year. So until July 2025. You get all the freedom you want. You can go wherever you want, if you want to come home at night or in the morning after going out, that's all okay. You sleep in a double bed in your own room. All amenities are available in your room and in the house. There is a fridge in your own room. You can use the living room to have a cup of coffee or drink with me, nothing is mandatory and there are no obligations. I live near the center and all amenities are within walking distance. There are also all amenities here such as shops, good bus connections to the center and Zernike, by bike it is 6 minutes to the center, the Basic Fit is around the corner. The click is important because we live together under 1 roof for a year. You have your own private life, you also have your own room. It's quiet here. You will live in a clean house. Last year I had 320 applications for this room. I always invite 3 to 5 students with a nice extensive story. I don't have a hospi, I always do my conversations 1 on 1. Again, know that it is not a real student house, but you can make a great time of your student life. We make it a fun time. It's really relaxed life here. Interested in this property?
