TranslateI live in a newly built house (130m2) and offer a room to 1 student. The house is 7 minutes by bike from Hilversum station (train to Utrecht 14 min, to Amsterdam 20 min) and center. Across the street is a bus stop that goes to Hilversum station. The house is fully equipped. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. It has an area of approx 14m2, with a high ceiling and large windows. I work from home a few days a week. Eating together every now and then to save time and money is of course fun, but it is not a must. The shared spaces (which are already furnished and furnished) consist of:- ground floor: spacious garden, toilet, eat-in kitchen with dining table etc, shed for the bike/scooter, spacious living room with dining table- first floor: bathroom, with bath, separate shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer and the bedrooms. It is free parking in front of the door. There is a small supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance. Two blocks away, the woods start and the highway is a little further on. I'm looking for a quiet, working student or a staigiar. Not suitable for a couple. Minimum rental period is four months, maximum rental period is six months due to the return of partner. For registration at the address, there is €40 p/m on top of the rental amount.
