You can always move out if you find someone to take over the contract for you.The house is shared with three other people. There is a very small back garden and a bathroom that you would share with them. The house has a washing machine and a dryer. Wifi is included in the rental price and from my experience it has been very good. (400Mbps up and 45Mbps down)Your room is equipped with:- A private kitchen including a fridge (no freezer) and a gas stove. - A second sink and mirrorThe other furniture inside is mine. I can give you everything minus the desk:- Bed- Wardrobe- Coffee Table- ChairThe room is around 14m2. During winter the house is kept warm and you have a big radiator under your window.Smoking in the house is not allowed. Neither are pets.
