I use these machines myself. Wifi is available throughout the house. Behind the house is a canopy under which a bicycle can be parked. Bus stops within walking distance with direct connection to Amersfoort and Utrecht. Free parking space in the street. Smoking is not allowed in the house. No pets. No fire upstairs. I work with an official rental contract (so you can also register here) and am strict when it comes to cleaning and being quiet after 10.30 pm. Rent includes water, gas, electricity, wifi.
