The district 'Op Buuren' is located on the border between Maarssen and Utrecht. The driveway to the Utrecht ring road and the A2 towards Amsterdam and Maastricht can be reached in a few minutes. Public transport, childcare, schools, shops, restaurants are all within walking distance. The Maarssen train station is 3 kilometers away. In short, an ideal base for an (expat) family or couple.

Layout:
A wide sidewalk with a green strip in front of the entrance. Through the front door you enter the hallway with wardrobe, modern toilet, staircase to the upper floor and access to the living room. At the front of the house a modern white kitchen with hard stone countertop. It does not lack the necessary built-in appliances such as a 6-burner gas stove with wok burner, a large electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc. The kitchen can be separated from the living room by means of sliding doors.
Through French doors you reach the garden with back entrance, bicycle shed and a lovely lounge set. Through the back entrance you also reach the parking lot, exclusively for residents with their own parking space.

1st floor:
