We are a cozy house with six guests and offer a room of 8m² (bedroom) and 12m² (living room) on the first floor. Our house has a large garden, a shared kitchen/dining room, two toilets and one shower. The rent for the room is €350, with additional costs for gas, water, electricity and service of €100 and taxes and fees €10The location is ideal: only 5 minutes by bike from the Hotel School, 10 minutes from the city, 10 minutes from FHML and 15 minutes to the university.
