ABOUT THE ROOMLet we are direct: it is a very small room. But the nice thing about this room is that it is in a normal house and that everything else is shared between you and three roommates: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, toilet, garden. In short, you have everything you need in this house. The room is 20 minutes by bike from the city, 12 minutes from Radboud/ the HAN, and 3 minutes from the supermarket/a small shopping center. ABOUT THE ROOMMATESThe housemates are two boys and a girl aged 30 to 33. We are a teacher, a postgraduate student and a digital supporter, so we all work in education. We usually sit together in the living room, or are out of the house to do our own thing. Above all, we all love a beer/wine/cocktail and a good discussion. ABOUT JURDhe most of our former housemates over the past eight years still visit regularly - so if we choose you, we assume that we will have a good time :) This room is especially suitable for you if you're the type of person who is okay with not having a room that's too big, if you like to eat with roommates on a regular basis, and if you also like to do your own thing. We are preferably looking for someone in their Master or PhD, who likes to have a quiet environment around them but likes a drink every now and then, and who only needs the room for a short time. ABOUT THE CONTRACTBeimportant: this is not a long-term contract! In the relatively short term (around August) the rent would stop due to future child plans of the owner. So this room is particularly suitable for temporary employment, for example by an (international) (PhD) student. Rent does not include other costs: gas, water, electricity, internet, and shared contracts (Netflix, HBO), where you can choose whether you want to participate. The room is not furnished, but there is an open closet, and we can lend you a chair, a mattress and a desk. SELECTION PROCEDURERenominations are open until the 15th. If there are responses that fit the profile we are looking for (see ABOUT YOU above), we will choose the responses that best fit and invite them for a viewing.
