The separate shower/toilet room ensures you maintain privacy, and with the washing machine available, you don't have to worry about finding a laundromat. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, complete with an additional TV for some relaxation before bed.
The Tiny House is equipped with air conditioning and heating, so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round. You have your own entrance, giving you complete freedom to come and go as you please. In addition, you can relax on your own veranda, where you can enjoy the fresh air.
Parking is not a problem, as you have your own parking space at the cottage. The fixed rent for this beautiful spot is €950 per month. In addition, there is a fixed amount of €100 for water, energy (bottled gas separately), TV and internet. The minimum rental period is 6 months, but there is also the possibility of extension to a maximum of 12 months. One month's rent will be charged for the deposit.
