TranslateOur brand new student complex in Rijswijk, near Delft, offers exactly what you need! The location is just a short bike or bus ride of about 40 minutes to TU Delft, ideal for students looking for a quiet but easily accessible living environment! We have 136 rooms that are spread over different houses. Each room shares a bathroom, which is cleaned once a week, a kitchen with microwave and a communal laundry room with 14-16 co-residents. Perfect for meals together and building new friendships! Good to know is that each room is furnished with a single bed, desk + chair, dining table + 2 chairs, wardrobe, a fridge freezer and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the complex. Please note that bed linen, crockery and kitchenware are not included. There are several common areas where you can study, relax or socialize and a large communal outdoor area that is set up as a garden where you can enjoy the outdoors, study outdoors or participate in cozy barbecues and events. We offer a campus contract that is valid for at least 12 months and will continue for as long as you are a student. The fixed rent includes: water, electricity, heating and of course internet.
