TranslateHello men looking for a room of 23+, Huize ïvar is looking for a subtenant from June (a little earlier possible) to replace me until October since I am going abroad for an internship. You will be living with 3 other boys aged 23-25 who are all in the process of finishing their studies. The rent is 575 eu including gas, water, electricity and newspaper and is very well located in Kralingen. It's a relatively close-knit house and when we're at home we always eat together, but there are no real obligations. We are looking for someone who is in the same phase or has just started working from the age of at least 23. It is also important that you enjoy drinking beers every now and then and eating well together. Can you relate to this?
