TranslateFor a beautiful apartment on the Coolhaven I am looking for a new female roommate (age 27-35). In consultation with my current roommate and the landlord, your rent here could start between mid-January and the end of February 2025 for an indefinite period of time. You will live with me, Marlies (30). I work as a policy advisor on the theme of sustainability. In my spare time, I like to dance salsa and go running regularly. I also like to cook and also like to go to museums, concerts or festivals. I am looking for a roommate in the same phase of life who would like to create a cozy home, is tidy and occasionally wants to do something together. The apartment is about 70m2. You share the furnished living room, kitchen and bathroom with me. Your own bedroom (8m2) is not furnished and you can therefore furnish it yourself (the photo shows a single bed, but it also fits a 140cm double bed). There is also some space in the storage room for an extra closet, for example. The location of the apartment is lovely. A beautiful view over the city, close to cozy cafes and close to metro Coolhaven and Delfshaven. The apartment is also very well insulated, which makes it super quiet and it is also favorable for heating costs. It is a contract for an indefinite period. Rent is €685 excl. per month. Take into account about €170 in bills (energy, water, district heating, internet, 2-weekly cleaner) per month and about €400 in municipal taxes per year.
